Whether you're looking for free 1-2-1 support to grow your existing business, or aiming to become more sustainable, Somerset Council offers tailored support through three dynamic programmes funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund:
 

Somerset Start Up and Grow offers 1-2-1 business support to help entrepreneurs plan, build, and grow with confidence; Somerset Business Mentoring connects you with experienced business mentors to guide your journey and solve problems together; and the Go Green Scheme empowers businesses to adopt eco-friendly practices and thrive sustainably.

There will also be the opportunity to hear about the upcoming government Connect to Work programme and what the Somerset roll out could look like. Plus, the Somerset Council Supported Employment team will talk about Supported Internship and other employment programmes aimed at supporting people with Special Needs and Disabilities into work - and how they can enhance your workforce!
