18th Edition - Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations at Weston College

This 3-day theory-based course will provide familiarisation with the content of the latest requirements for electrical installation (18th edition) and ensure compliance with BS7671:2018.

During this course you will become familiar with key principles of BS7671 including understanding of:

• Scope, objectives, and fundamental principles of BS7671

• Definitions used within BS7671

• Assessing the general characteristics of electrical installations

• Requirements of protection for safety for electrical installations

• Requirements for the selection and erection of equipment for electrical installations

• Requirements of inspection and testing of electrical installations

• Requirements of special installations or locations as identified in BS7671

The Exam

Online 2-hour multiple choice exam on Day 3 (60 questions). Delegates are allowed a clean copy of the regulations book in the exam for reference. Results are published immediately upon completion.
